Our Journey
Wellness Meal Prep School began with a simple observation: people want to eat better, but they lack practical guidance and confidence in the kitchen. Our founders, experienced nutrition educators and culinary professionals, recognized an opportunity to bridge this gap through accessible online learning.
From our base in Spain, we've developed a comprehensive platform that teaches real cooking skills, meal planning strategies, and the nutritional foundations needed to make sustainable dietary choices. Every recipe, every lesson, and every class is designed to empower learners with knowledge they can use in their daily lives.

Founder & Lead Instructor
Elena brings over 12 years of experience in nutrition education and professional cooking. She trained in Barcelona and Madrid, and is passionate about demystifying healthy eating. Elena specializes in Mediterranean cuisine and low-calorie recipe development that doesn't sacrifice flavor or satisfaction.
Carlos Rodríguez
Curriculum Developer
Carlos is a certified nutrition educator with expertise in meal planning and food science. He designs every class structure to ensure progressive learning and practical application. His background spans both academic nutrition research and restaurant kitchen management, bringing unique perspective to our course design.
Sofía Martínez
Student Experience Manager
Sofía ensures every student receives personalized support and guidance throughout their learning journey.
